April 1st smokers will be paying more for that nasty habit mandated by the federal government.
So who smokes the most … lower income people?
While researchers for Gallup and the Centers for Disease Control have previously documented higher smoking rates among lower-income Americans, the current results based on interviews with more than 75,000 individuals across the United States allow for a closer examination of the relationship between household income and smoking behavior.
If this stops people from smoking more power to this but Jack seriously doubts these people will stop smoking. Do you think they will? And dosen’t this fly in the face of BS that Obama would not raise taxes on lower income catergories?

“I can make a firm pledge,” he said in Dover, N.H., on Sept. 12. “Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”
But Jack is sure Obama thinks this is not YOUR taxes. It is his money!
