(b) Clerical Amendment- The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 41 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new item:

Ok this is the part that concerns Jack.

with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person,

Or really who will decide if that has happened? Eric Holder’s cronies maybe? OMG this would be the best thing since “asbestos” for trial lawyers. OMG did Jack just “coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress” to Eric Holder? The Eric Holder that dismissed an open and shut case of voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party and orders his storm troopers to Prosecutor to Probe CIA Interrogations. The same Eric Holder that proclaimed ( using electronic means ) America a nation of cowards. Jack and no doubt millions of Americans took offense to that “harrassing” statement from the US Attorney General. Should he be fined, jailed or both? No but he should be fired by his boss. Or is he a coward also?

“If you look at overall where we’ve come, we just had a huge, huge debate. And now we’ve elected a black American, and to seemingly after that to call this a ‘nation of cowards,’ it’s just tone-deaf,”

Jack doesn’t want to say the sky is falling … but get your licks in now.

Exit question: What equipment is not “dependent on electrical power” today?

Ahhhh … A Bullhorn … maybe?

The bill that will stick it in your ass!
