NPR should be funded just like the rest of the crap on television. If it is good programing it will pay for itself. If they want to cover for one party or the other … do it on their own dime … not the publics dime! Now NPR will tell you they are funded by donations. Amy Coney Barrett politely said no. She should have said no I haven’t … HAVE YOU SENATOR! I see congress has a fund to pay for their sexual harassment law suites and have paid out millions of dollars to settle these suites. Where did the settlement money come from?
Taxpayers. Once a settlement is reached, the money is not paid out of an individual lawmaker’s office but rather comes out of a special fund set up to handle this within the US Treasury — meaning taxpayers are footing the bill. The fund was set up by the Congressional Accountability Act, the 1995 law that created the Office of Compliance.
… not organizations. Look at what these ideas not organizations have done.
