I see congress has a fund to pay for their sexual harassment law suites and have paid out millions of dollars to settle these suites. I find that extremely offensive and your question extremely offensive SENATOR!
Where did the settlement money come from?

The fund was set up by the Congressional Accountability Act, the 1995 law that created the Office of Compliance.
