Oh Jack is pretty sure he can read. He’s just to damn lazy to read the 1,000 or so pages of the Obamicare.
Jack emailed both his congressman and senator. Both responded back that they will personally or have staff read the bill in full and scrutinize every word.
Jack made sure they both understood … HE can read a voting ballot!
