Memorial Day …

Jack has been thinking of his father this Memorial Day. His father didn’t win any medals or anything like that. He served like many others. Did what was asked of him for his country. When WWW II began his father was in the Coast Guard. Later he was transfered to the Navy and served on the USS Richey till the end of the war. His father never talked much about it. Jack never asked much about it. Jack wished he had now but his father passed a long time ago.
Thank you Dad … and all the others that served and didn’t make it home.
