House Democrats will not pass a budget blueprint in 2010, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) will confirm in a speech on Tuesday.
But Hoyer will vow to crack down on government spending, saying Democrats will enforce spending limits that are lower than what President Barack Obama has called for.
No budget but HEY we’ll crack down on that spending … trust us!
Obama has assured us that he is fully engaged. That’s very reassuring since we are 60+ days with no end in sight into the massive oil spill that has takin over the Gulf of Mexico. Jack can’t wait till the WH gives the number of jobs created or saved by the spill. They should be impressive to say the least.

Jack has been thinking of his father this Memorial Day. His father didn’t win any medals or anything like that. He served like many others. Did what was asked of him for his country. When WWW II began his father was in the Coast Guard. Later he was transfered to the Navy and served on the USS Richey till the end of the war. His father never talked much about it. Jack never asked much about it. Jack wished he had now but his father passed a long time ago.

This thursday President Obama will hold his much heralded “Bipartisan” meeting with Republicans on the health-care summit. It will all be televised for transparency. Today Obama showed his hand … here it is.
Now this is the part that will be so evident of the trouble today. Jack which we all know is not some political wizard or economist or whateva … can and could if invited to this summit show exactly how Obama’s plan will NOT bring cost down. Show how the plan is supposedly paid for is smoke and mirrors at best. Plus CBO say they can’t put a price on it. Jack can’t put a price on it either. Let’s take a look at how the plan is to be paid for according to Obama though.
Basically according to Obama the plan is going to be so attractive to business and they are going to save so much money under his plan … businesses are going to give raises to their employees which in turn will create the extra tax revenue, plus cut fraud from existing system.
Ok take the first part … show of hands on will that happen? WHAT… no one put their hand up!
On the fraud part, do it now idiot if there’s that much fraud … why wait!

In court, the judge made vague references to the government’s voluminous motion to deport him, including alleged involvement with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. The judge concluded Sadoun lied on government forms when he denied he was a member.
The judge also indicated there was evidence Sadoun contributed to the Richardson-based Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, which was the largest Islamic charity in the United States. Prosecutors convicted the group of funneling money to terrorist groups and several of its leaders were sent to prison. In the case, CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator.
How many high ranking members of this terrorist organization (CAIR) will it take before they are shut down? Can you think of any other organization that has been shown to be such a scam and STILL in operation full steam ahead? Jack can think of only one. The organization our president cut his teeth on … ACORN.
Update Champ came out swinging with BLAME Bush right from the onset then pivot, pivot, pivot … head fake … shake and bake … then the money shot! Yep that pretty much covers the speech. Oh and more blame Bush. Funny thing is all the pivots are all the things Bush would have done. This is slick though. If they work he takes credit. If they don’t work he can still blame Bush. One thing he couldn’t bring himself to do is blame Bush for is winning the Iraq war … see he can claim he doesn’t blame Bush for everything!

All in all … a good “campaign” speech with lots of promises. Can we call it “State of the Union of the Future!” Like his plan to freeze government spending … yea in the future.

Tonight our President will give his state of the union address. His press secretary conveyed Obama will tell US why WE are so angry. After 411 + speeches WE still don’t understand his vision.
Jack does not need Obama or a shrink or anyone to tell him why he is angry. He can make that determination himself. But go ahead champ … give it your best shot!

At Southwest Georgia Community Action Council in Moultrie, Ga., director Myrtis Mulkey-Ndawula said she followed the guidelines the Obama administration provided. She said she multiplied the 508 employees by 1.84 — the percentage pay raise they received — and came up with 935 jobs saved.
“I would say it’s confusing at best,” she said. “But we followed the instructions we were given.”

Startup companies do “create” jobs. Existing companies or at least the larger ones have no desire to “create” jobs. If anything they do everything in the power to elimnate jobs … and that’s the fact Jack.
Yes, $1. Because the nonsensical rules the White House told these people to count “saved or created” jobs by simply stated: If any employee’s salary is paid, in whole or in part (any part!), count that as a job “saved or created” by the spending.
Jack has worked in the electrical utility industry for 30 years. Over that 30 years he’s personally witnessed “Modernization” of the electrical grid. Not once has he seen ANY kind of “Modernization” that CREATED jobs. At best jobs were shifted, NOT created. Infact the whole point of this smart grid is to be more efficient, less polluting but mostly the buzz phrase … do more with less. That less is less jobs in almost every case.
Now Jack thinks continuous upgrade to “smart grid” technology by utilities is a smart move for the companies, the industry and the country. To say it will create jobs is not smart. It’s deceptive at best. Another out and out lie from Obama at worst.
Can we label this another issue that Obama doesn’t have a clue?

While listening to Don Wade and Roma this morning on WLS AM Chicago, they had Charlie Gibson on as their usual Tuesday morning guest. Don asked Charlie, why, after the senate last night voted to halt funding to ACORN and after three of those video tapes of ACORN employees helping the pimp and prostitute set up shop, there was no mention of it anywhere on the network news. Charlie gave out a most uncomfortable laugh and said that that was the first he heard of it!(Jacks says: You lie!)

Baltimore, MD – September 11, 2009 – We have received inquiries from citizens
and the media asking whether the Baltimore City State’s Attorneys Office would
initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices
located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged
criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video
appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have
been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts
and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube
was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use
or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful
interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5
years.
The lovely woman above has decided that instead of prosecuting ACORN for their actions she will go after the very people that exposed ACORN’s possible criminal actions. This is the state of the US government today. A very sad state in deed when elected officials refuse to prosecute or even investigate ACORN and then prosecute the very people that expose ACORN.
